Not Happy? Let me make it right.

Any problems with orders must be communicated to Ocean Sage within 3 days of receiving merchandise. Please go directly to my contact page and fill the form in.

You will not be refunded until the product is returned in its original condition. I must receive it within 14 days of communication.

If you wait to contact me, or wait too long before sending it back to me, I will give you a credit. So please, let me know right away.
